Council Oaks Learning Campus (COLC) is a progressive learning facility focused on a quality environment and education for children. We provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum, with attention to the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs of each child. Activities are planned which promote social competency, develop strong, positive self images and a sense of security. Children are challenged to extend themselves creatively and intellectually. COLC creates an environment where every child can be successful and develops a love of learning which lasts a lifetime.
