Nutritious food is essential for healthy, physical, mental, and emotional growth in children. COLC provides menus designed to provide a well balanced diet of foods that young children like and can easily handle. COLC will follow the written recommendations of the child’s physician as it relates to food allergies/dietary restrictions based upon medical necessity. Our policy requires that the recommendations be kept on file by the Director and updated annually.
Dietary restrictions are the responsibility of the parent. We request that parents provide an alternative food product to supplement the menu. All food served at COLC must be commercially prepared.
We do not serve items containing nuts. However, some of the menu items are manufactured in facilities that also manufacture nut products.
